I’m an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator who’s worked closely with individual leaders, groups of leaders and teams from diverse backgrounds.

Coaching
I’m an accredited coach with deep experience of working with leaders from diverse backgrounds at every career stage – from first-time management to the Executive Board.
I will help you to explore new perspectives and mindsets and commit to yourself and your future. I will be a confidential listening and thought-provoking partner, helping you to maximise your potential. I will help you to raise awareness, make choices and act, making the most of your strengths, your skills and your personal qualities.

Mentoring
I have 25 years’ experience as a mentor to leaders from all backgrounds and at every career stage. I have also acted as an advisor for executive and non-executive board members and for emerging leaders with the potential to develop into more senior roles.
I will offer non-judgemental space to talk openly about what’s most important to you. I will listen actively, question openly and share my own experience to offer new insights to support you to make your own choices.

I’m a highly experienced designer and facilitator of impactful events and learning experiences for leadership groups and teams of all shapes and sizes.
I will focus with you on purpose and outcomes, making the best use of time and resources. Before, during and after the session, I will take a coaching approach to the process by helping individuals and groups to build shared awareness, make choices, and act - drawing on diverse strengths, skills and experience.
