I have 25 years’ experience as a mentor to leaders from all backgrounds and at every career stage. I have also acted as an advisor for executive and non-executive board members and for emerging leaders with the potential to develop into more senior roles.

I will offer non-judgemental space to talk openly about what’s most important to you. I will listen actively, question openly and share my own experience to offer new insights to support you to make your own choices.

I’m a highly experienced designer and facilitator of impactful events and learning experiences for leadership groups and teams of all shapes and sizes.

I will focus with you on purpose and outcomes, making the best use of time and resources. Before, during and after the session, I will take a coaching approach to the process by helping individuals and groups to build shared awareness, make choices, and act - drawing on diverse strengths, skills and experience.
