Six Cs are at the heart of my approach:
Contracting - agreeing from the start how we will work together and what needs to be in place to make things work as well as possible for you
Confidentiality - creating a safe, honest and open environment for working one-to-one or in groups
Curiosity – listening to you actively and questioning you openly to get a clear understanding of what you want to do, to change or to be; working in service of you, your team and your organisation.
Coaching – helping you to commit to your future goals by enabling you and your team to raise awareness, to take responsibility for making choices, and to act - maximising your strengths, skills and qualities.
Co-creation – working in a close partnership with you; to help you and your team to take ownership of the challenges you want to tackle and the changes you want to make
Challenge - offering you the highest levels of challenge and support to achieve the outcomes you want to see
