About me
For more than 10 years I was responsible for leadership development, coaching and mentoring across the BBC, the best known public media organisation in the world. I led the team which challenged and supported 2500 leaders - across the UK and globally. We worked close-up with colleagues at every level, from first-time managers to the Executive Board. It was a rich and rewarding experience in an organisation owned by and accountable to everyone, where change is a constant.
